New colaboration
Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus’ unstoppable smash “Old Town Road” leads the Hot 100 for an eleventh consecutive week, and it shows no sign of slowing down. In fact, while the tune is losing ground slightly both in terms of sales and streams, the powerful collaboration still managed to rack up over 100 million streams and ended up as the bestselling title of the week, selling three times as many copies as the second-highest-ranking track in the country.
Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy” is a non-mover, as is Khalid’s “Talk,” and the two popular cuts hold at Nos. 2 and 3, respectively. The Jonas Brother’s “Sucker” swaps spots with Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber’s “I Don’t Care,” with the former lifting back to No. 4 while the latter dips to No. 5. "Sucker" improves thanks in part to the incredible success of the album it's featured on, Happiness Begins, which enters the Billboard 200 at No. 1 with over 400,000 equivalent units shifted.
Post Malone controls the next two positions, as the hip-hop musician’s “Wow.” keeps at No. 6, where it landed last frame, while his previous cut “Sunflower” with Swae Lee doesn’t budge, making a home at No. 7. Rapper DaBaby’s breakout hit “Suge” also fails to rise or fall from its No. 8 peak. Two slots down, Sam Smith and Normani’s “Dancing With a Stranger” looks like it’s ready to step out of the highest area on the tally, as it trips to No. 10.
The only new title inside this week’s top 10 comes from Chris Brown and Drake, whose new collaboration “No Guidance” debuts at No. 9 on the ranking, giving both acts yet another appearance inside the uppermost region. The track is Brown’s fifteenth top 10 on the Hot 100 and Drake’s thirty-fourth. The song serves as the latest single from Brown’s upcoming new album Indigo, which is expected to arrive later this month.
